Still, the daily wage in some areas and for certain occupations wouldn\u2019t reach THB \u0e3f400 (approximately USD $11) as Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has promised due to inflation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the spike in minimum wage may seem promising, there are concerns over operating costs that may result in disparity between large companies and small and midsize enterprises (SMEs). It\u2019s still unclear whether discussions between employers\u2019 representatives and the workers\u2019 agencies have taken place. The Committee comprises of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Labor Ministry representing the government<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thai Labor Solidarity Committee and State Enterprises Workers\u2019 Relations Confederation representing the workers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employers\u2019 Confederation of Thailand representing the employers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Thailand\u2019s Current Minimum Daily Wage<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mol.go.th\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/09\/PrakadWageMOL2565-11-for20Sep2565.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">National Wage Committee<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the minimum daily wages in Thailand vary from area to area, but the average wage is THB \u0e3f337 (~USD $9.10). And the metropolis of Bangkok has the minimum wage of THB \u0e3f353 (~USD $9.53).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>What Is the Average Salary in Thailand?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on your occupation and location, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prachachat.net\/csr-hr\/news-1190618\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salary of employees in Thailand<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can range from THB \u0e3f15,000-350,000 (~USD $405-9,430). However, the information about the country\u2019s pay range and average salary differs according to its source.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/biz30.timedoctor.com\/average-salary-in-thailand\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time Doctor<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s data shows that the average salary in Thailand is THB \u0e3f1,160,000 (~USD $31,270) per year and THB \u0e3f96,900 (~USD $2,610) per month. The minimum salary is around THB \u0e3f24,500 (~USD $660) a month, while high salaries can reach up to THB \u0e3f433,000 (~USD $11,670) a month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.paylab.com\/th\/salaryinfo\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paylab<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, however, has a dramatically different salary range.
